Rebecca brings beverage expertise to your party.
Rebecca began her career in the restaurant industry over 20 years ago. With a passion for cocktail development and wine pairing, her career in restaurant management and beverage consulting has taken her across the country and back.
Rebecca enjoys creating unexpected drink menus focusing on sustainability and organic, biodynamic practices. Her love of fine wine and innovative mixology led to a new kind of adventure with MinnyBar.
Her vision was to curate memorable experiences and celebrate life’s most significant moments in a new way. With MinnyBar, Rebecca is able to bring her experience, palate, and passion almost anywhere.
The business has grown to a fleet of beautifully designed bar carts that bring an instant WOW factor to events, celebrations, and ceremonies alike. Each vintage cart has its own history and makes for a great photo opportunity for friends, family, and guests!
