  • To offer you the most options for your occasion and budget, all events are quoted individually.

    Factors that will determine pricing include:

    • Which bar you would like to rent

    • Dry hire or full-service beverage catering

    • Number of guests

    • Location

    • Beverage Offerings

    • Service duration

    • Custom add-ons (menu printing, floral, balloons, etc.)

  • Yes, Minnybar can provide complete beverage catering service through our partnership with a local restaurant group. This option is only available in Minnesota, and all selections must be finalized at least 30 days before the event.

    Clients also have the option of providing their own alcohol, which we refer to as a “dry hire.”

    Minnybar will assist with beverage selection and ordering if the dry hire option is chosen.

  • Yes! Our general liability and liquor liability insurance is included with all events.

    We do require the host to provide event insurance and/or the venue to add Minnybar as additionally insured for the day of the event. This is typically very easy to do, and we are happy to assist with the process.

  • Absolutely! We can offer non-alcoholic options exclusively or in addition to alcohol offerings.

    We can also offer mocktails, cold press coffee, and kombucha on tap.

  • Minnybar is based in the Twin Cities, but we happily serve all of Minnesota + neighboring states. We are always game for a good road trip. However, travel fees will be added for events occurring more than 25 miles outside of Minneapolis/St. Paul.

  • Yes! If you are working with a vendor or venue that is providing the beverage catering, we can offer any of our mobile bars as a stand-alone rental. This is also a great option if you would like to use our bars for a photo shoot or tasting event.

    We do require a member of our staff to be on-site at the event to assist with setup, support during the event, and tear down.

  • The Cocktail Camper requires 120v power if lighting, refrigeration, or plug-in bar appliances are needed at the event. If power is not available, we offer generator rental.
