Meet Rebecca

Rebecca has over 20 years of experience in the beverage industry.

She enjoys creating unexpected drink menus focusing on sustainability and organic, biodynamic practices. Her vision to curate memorable experiences and celebrate life’s most significant moments in a new way led to the founding of MinnyBar. Now, Rebecca can bring her experience, palate, and passion to clients almost anywhere!
